Aloe Description:
Aloe has long, tapering leaves. Grows well in zones 9-10. Aloe needs full to partial sun in order to thrive. Aloe can be grown indoors.Aloe needs a gritty soil that is well drained and low in organic matter, with a pH 6.7-7.3

How to grow Aloe:
Aloe needs to be sown in spring by separating new shoots from established plants then drying them for 2 days before planting. Aloe thrives with very little attention needed.
If growing indoors do not over water and be sure you mix coarse sand with the potting soil to improve drainage.
Grow Aloe indoors on light sunny windows in the kitchen and bathroom.
Pest and Disease Prevention for Aloe plants:
Be sure to spray for mealy bugs with an insecticidal soap. Be sure there are no pests attached to the plant when you bring them indoors.

ALOE is not to be given to pregnant women or people with hemorrhoids. Also any one with irritable bowel syndrome should not use aloe.
