Roman Chamomile grows best in zones 4-10 in full sun to partial shade.
Chamomile is a popular herb that most people associate with tea. It has an apple like aroma when walked upon.
The soil needs to be well-drained garden soil.

How to Grow Chamomile:
Sow seed in spring and thin to 6 inches.
Once the plant is established it will self-sow. Be sure to divide older plants in early spring this will help prevent flowering and encourage vegetative growth while it is becoming established.
Be sure to weed often.
Chamomile flowers during the summer with small, white, daisy like flowers with yellow centers.
