We are actively looking for solutions to our Customers needs. In order to help our customer best, we are asking for our Customers to tell us what you want and what you need.
We have also created a new Group to have not only us here at Castle Baths Spa Products help our Customers for for Industry Leaders to join up and work with our Customers on a new engagement level!
In this brand new group- all are welcome to join and speak up- the Spa and Beauty Industry wishes to work as a group of team leaders to help bring solutions to our customers needs. As individual companies, we may not be of much help, however as an industry group- we will be able to reach solutions to help grow this industry as You the Customer needs it grown and not just simply in a Hollywood style.

Once you join- PLEASE speak! Tell the industry what your need is and if you see others with the same need- emphasize it as your need as well…this is how we in the industry, will be able to make a better product for you and not simply create product to have more product with solutions we think might be needed.
Here are some examples:
1. You need to a good hand cream that doesn’t wash off, because you are washing your hands way too often.
2. Your feet have dryer skin than your body, it’s summer time and they look like they died over the winter.
3. You are so tired the red shade in your pink lipstick- can’t someone make a color more shaded towards XYZ pink.
