Free shipping on all orders shipped via USPS prioirty mail, shipping within the United States and with purchases totalling over $69.00.

US Shipping policies:

We ship USPS priority mail- the Green choice- did you know USPS uses recycled paper and is the Green choice for shipping? Yes, it's true, and that is why we ship USPS! In the United States, we ship in Priority rate rate boxes and only charge a flat $6.95. So pack your order FULL- and don't worry about the weight- it's still only $6.95! That is unless you order over $69.00 - then the shipping cost is on us!

International Shipping

We still ship USPS Priority Air and most orders arrive in 7-10 Business days. The cost for International is as follows:

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, with some limitations.

For our US customers time in transit is usually within 3-5 business days and once your order ships you should receive tracking information.

If you selected the "Check/Money Order" option as your method of payment, the order will be held until your payment has been received. Once we receive your payment your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Returns

We offer 100% 30 day Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee on our products- however,

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of notification and a 20% restocking toss away fee will be subtracted form the refund check. When you place your order- you will have to check a box and agree to this term or we can not ship any order to you.

 

All refunds and exchanges require the buyer to cover all shipping cost. Refunds will be mailed in a check to the buyer - to the buyers shipped address. If we however ship a product with a fault- we will indeed cover all shipping for a new product to be shipped!:-)

We do not refund opened DVD's- we will exchange for a new DVD of the same title only
