Skin care needs are as unique as we are. Finding the right skin care products based on your skin needs is essential in maintaining healthy skin. However, many mass-produced skin care products today are composed of harsh irritants and chemicals that can often do more damage than good.

At Castle Baths, we pride ourselves on using natural and organic ingredients, leaving your skin happy and healthy. We offer many, unique organic skin care products that include skin care products for sensitive skin, anti-aging, acne, dry skin, eye treatments as well as regenerative care.  This includes corrective creams for anti-aging, Dead Sea mineral mud masks, oils for skin hydration, and much more!

The spa-quality ingredients we use will not only help your skin feel great, but also send you into bliss with wonderful, unique aromas. Feel the difference with our organic and natural skin care products for any skin condition you may need!

Shea Butter

-Most seed oils can be divided into two parts; one moisturizes and the other heals. Shea Butter is special because the second, healing part, is exceptionally large!

-The moisturizers in Shea Butter are the same as the ones produced by the sebaceous glands found in your skin, making it ideal for use in our natural, organic products.

-Shea Butter is wrought from the seed of the Shea tree. Without any “help” from chemicals, the cream extracted from the seed is cold-pressed, negating any need for preservatives. This means that you are able to benefit directly from something totally natural!

-Packed with Vitamins A and E, the efficacy of Shea Butter is not to be ignored! It is thought to be excellent for things like dry/peeling/itchy skin, stretch marks, and even insect bites.

Avocado Oil

-Avocado oil is referred to as a carrier oil, which means that it is pressed from the seed, nut, or other fatty part of the fruit, and will not evaporate like a strictly “essential” oil eventually does.

-Packed full of beta carotene, vitamins A, D, and E, and protein, Avocado oil does a tremendous job of helping to moisturize and protect your skin from UV rays.

-The oil of the Avocado is also found to be useful in increasing collagen production, which aids in restoring elasticity to the skin.

Hemp Oil

-This  oil comes from the upper leaves and flowers of the hemp plant..

-The warm, sweet scent played a part in Biblical times; it was used as an ingredient in the holy anointing oil that also included myrrh, cassia, sweet cinnamon and olive oil.

-Hemp essential oil helps to reduce inflammation; its similarity to our skin’s natural lipids allows it to penetrate skin cells to moisturize both the epidermis and subdermal layers.

Coconut Oil

-Coconut oil is a popular carrier oil, blending naturally with most essential oils.

-Safe to use as a way to moisturize, soften, and lubricate the skin, Coconut Oil is great in that it does not aggravate pre-existing skin problems or clog the pores.

-The sweet and creamy scent is wonderful for both relaxation and invigorating the senses!

Natural Vegetable Glycerin

-Glycerin is an emollient and humectant; it softens and moisturizes the skin by forming an oily layer on top that draws or traps water in/on the skin.

-The cosmetic effect of Glycerin on the skin is that it makes it look healthier and more attractive; this is due in part to the fact that the skin is hydrated and does not appear scaly or dry.

-Glycerin is odorless, which makes it a great option for people that are sensitive to strong scents!

-Obtainable from both animal fats and vegetable oils, Glycerin has natural options for everybody.

Cocoa Butter

-Cocoa butter, also known as theobroma oil, is a vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean after it has been fermented, roasted, and separated from its hull.

-Packed with natural antioxidants, which protect skin by limiting production of skin-damaging free radicals, Cocoa Butter does a lot for the health and appearance of your skin.

-With a melting point right under the average human body temperature, Cocoa butter practically disintegrates into your skin!

-Cocoa Butter has a distinctly chocolate-y, invigorating scent that is hard to resist!

Rice Bran Oil

-Rice bran oil is extracted from the hard, outer layer of rice.

-Full of antioxidants, natural emollients, and vitamins B and E, Rice Bran Oil not only hydrates skin, but protects it as well.

-Recommended as an alternative to Lanolin.

-Great for oily skin! Rice Bran Oil is light, and penetrates the skin cells easily.

-Full of antioxidants like beta-carotene and lycopene, Rice Brain Oil helps to protect skin from environmental stressors.

Evening Primrose Essential Oil

-The essential oil of the Evening Primrose is obtained by gathering and cold-pressing the seeds of the flower.

-Evening Primrose Essential Oil contains essential omega-6 fatty acids, which help with brain function when consumed, and as carriers for vitamins A, D, E, and K. This, along with other benefits, is thought to help control the regulation of hormones.

-Eczema sufferers have been seen to benefit from Evening Primrose Oil, in that it can help with age-related functional and structural change in skin tissues, relieving itching, swelling, and redness.

Apricot Oil

-Apricot seed oil is a wonderful emollient.

-It is thought to be beneficial when applied as a topical, suggesting the ability to act as an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and antioxidant.

-Great for people with sensitive skin, Apricot oil is light and easy to apply.

-Apricot oil is thought to aid in reducing dark under-eye circles and puffiness.

-Carrying a slight nutty aroma, Apricot oil has a subtly fantastic scent.

Hazelnut Oil

-Hazelnut oil is a carrier oil made out of roasted or cold-pressed hazelnuts.

-An excellent moisturizer, Hazelnut oil holds a good amount of linoleic acid. This acid helps prevent water from evaporating, thereby keeping it in your skin!

-Helps to keep harmful UV rays from penetrating the skin.

-Hazelnut oil is thought to be an effective remedy as an astringent, and also has antibacterial benefits.

-Considered a “dry” oil, Hazelnut helps to make skin appear more toned, as it soaks up other oils and shrinks pores.

-Packed with vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, and potassium, Hazelnut Oil is great for softening the skin.

Cucumber Oil

-Derived from the seeds of the fruit; cold-pressed to extract that wonderful golden oil!

-Cucumber oil contains several super-effective nourishing and cooling properties that are wonderful for your skin.

-High in vitamin B1 and C, Cucumber Oil detoxifies and cleans out nasty things lodged in your skins pores. This helps prevent bacteria from forming and getting cozy, thought to aid in battling acne and other skin problems.

-Cucumber oil is an anti-inflammatory, and helps to soothe and calm irritated skin.

-With all its antioxidant properties, Cucumber Oil is very helpful in combating free radicals that could otherwise cause serious damage to your skin. It is thought that this helps to combat the appearance of wrinkles.

Green Tea

-Applied to the skin, Green Tea extract is thought to be beneficial against a variety of skin problems, to include rosacea, dermatitis, and warts.

-Topical application of Green Tea also seems to help prevent issues like loss of skin elasticity, premature wrinkling, and inflammation.

-Green Tea is a great moisturizer!

-A good anti-inflammatory agent, Green tea inhibits collagenase (a collagen-reducing enzyme)!

Arnica Montana

-Not just a pretty flower, Arnica Montana has been used as an herbal medicine for centuries. Typically it is employed for analgesic and anti-inflammatory purposes.

-The root of Arnica Montana contains powerful anti-inflammatory agents.

-Thought to help reduce the appearance of bruising, it is sometimes used as a “trauma” remedy.
