Discontinued Private Label & Custom Formulation Services

Effective January 1, 2026, Castle Baths no longer offers private label, custom formulation, contract manufacturing, or product development services.

All prior private label and formulation services were governed by written agreements executed at the time of service. Those agreements remain controlling with respect to products previously manufactured and delivered.

Castle Baths retains all intellectual property rights, proprietary formulas, processes, trade secrets, and related materials unless expressly transferred in a signed written agreement.

No ongoing manufacturing, reformulation, replication, technical support, or supply obligations exist beyond the terms explicitly stated in prior written contracts.

We reserve the right to decline any future request for private label or formulation services at our sole discretion.

Any prior customer seeking documentation related to previous services must submit a written request to the contact information listed on this website.

Product Use

All products are sold for their intended use only.

Castle Baths products are cosmetic products intended for external adult use.
Castle Baths Anna products are intended for external use on animals only.
